|
The research of job realities and work satisfaction and statistics of population for the language pathologist who work in 6 metropolitan cities and 8 provinces has done in this study. The summarized information of the study as follows: 1. The higher ratio was shown from the aspect of job realities and statistics of population at metropolitan cities than provinces. The average age of the pathologists is 31 years old and most dominant facility is private clinics, the average number of the pathologist is 3.7 per one facility and the fee for one treatment is 17,436 Won, monthly salary per person is 1,480,000 Won and average number who gets the treatment is 14.6 per month. 2. The result of the study with job realities according to the facilities, the number of pathologists who work at the hospital is the most, they get the highest salary and treat the most patients as well
